Introduction
Stone plates are one of the most widely used tools in the industry of cutting and wearing metals and construction materials. Correct selection of the type of plate has a direct effect on the quality of cutting, the useful life of the device and the safety of the operator.

### 2. Iron cutting plate
- Use: Cutting common steels and construction sections such as corners, rebars and cans. 
- Structure: A combination of aluminum oxide abrasive grains (A) with high pressure resin glue. 
- Technical feature: High hardness, fast chipping, thickness between 2 and 3 mm. 
- Industrial tip: It is most used for blacksmithing and metal structure workshops.

- Usage: for cutting stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloys. 
- Structure: without iron, chlorine and sulfur components (Free Fe, Cl, S) to prevent color change and rust. 
- Technical feature: Zirconium/corundum abrasive grain with softer bond for lower cutting temperature. 
- Advantage: Clean cutting, reducing surface burn and maintaining the shine of the steel piece.

- Usage: Cutting all kinds of natural stone, ceramics and concrete. 
- Structure: It is often made of silicon carbide (C) or diamond (Diamond Segment) abrasive grain. 
- Technical feature: Greater thickness, high impact resistance, wet or dry type. 
- Technical note: The peripheral speed of the plate should be compatible with the hardness of the stone (for hard stones, a softer plate).

1. Before installation, the radial cracks of the plate should be checked.  2. Always use protection and safety glasses.  3. The rotation speed of the device should not exceed the value listed on the screen.  4. In cutting stones, continuous cooling (water or air) is necessary.
